Return & Refund Policy
RETURN PERIOD
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 3 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.
If the order is cancelled before processing begins, a full refund will be issued.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- All items must be returned in a single package
- Returns must be shipped from the original delivery country
Customised or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
JEWELRY CARE NOTICE (IMPORTANT)
Please note the following for all jewelry products:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, and chemicals
- Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Store jewelry in a dry place when not in use
- Minor surface scratches due to normal wear are considered normal usage
- Natural oxidation or fading over time is not considered a defect
We recommend handling all jewelry with care to maintain its original appearance.
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact customer service with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
Step 2: Place items back into original packaging.
Step 3: Ship the package using the required return method.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier and keep tracking information.
REFUND
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing depending on peak periods.
If the return does not meet requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
WARRANTY POLICY
Each product includes a warranty card.
Customers are entitled to one free replacement within 2 years for damage caused by non-human factors.
Warranty does not cover:
- Human damage
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
